Mtn XtraTime is a service that allows eligible MTN customers to request for extra airtime when they are running low on credit which will be duly paid on your next recharge.

The airtime borrowed during this period can be used for all activities that requires you to have airtime on your line. Below are some conditions you should familiarize yourself with before you proceed.

1. You must have been an active user of the network for at least 12 months before you will be eligible for Mtn XtraTime.

2. You can only request for Mtn XtraTime when your account balance falls between the range of N0 – N12.

3. Borrowing airtime from Mtn XtraTime attracts a service charge of 10% . I.e If you request for N100, only N90 will be credited to your account. The access fees is immediately deducted before your account is credited.

4. The amount that can be borrowed by you depends on your airtime recharge history.

5. Once your XtraTime Credit is exhausted, you won’t be able to carry out any chargeable activity until your XtraTime credit bill has been settled.

6. The amount borrowed from XtraTime will be automatically deducted on your next recharge.

Once the menu above has been displayed, the user can now request for XtraTime and as well check his eligibility status and a host of other options.
